Scope of Works

The works involve the investigation and remediation of defective fire compartmentation at Eaton Manor, including the installation of compliant firestopping systems to all identified breaches.

A survey will be carried out to locate and record all service penetrations and firestopping defects within communal and affected areas. Existing unsuitable materials will be removed and replaced with approved, third-party certified firestopping systems. Works will reinstate fire resistance to walls, floors, ceilings, risers, and service penetrations in accordance with current Building Regulations and relevant standards.

All works will be completed by competent operatives using tested systems, with full documentation provided on completion, including photographic records, certification, and a firestopping register.
