Scope of Works

The works involve the inspection and installation of firestopping within all communal areas of Scott House to restore fire compartmentation in line with current building regulations.

Works will be carried out by competent operatives to maintain the fire resistance of existing construction and ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards.

On completion, full certification, photographic records, and a firestopping register will be provided, confirming compliance and satisfactory completion of the works.

Measurable Outcome

• “0 reportable incidents”
• “100% KPI compliance achieved”
• All access constraints and risks documented forfuture works planning.
