Scope of Works

This scope covers the inspection, supply, and installation of passive fire protection (firestopping) systems at the Great Portland Street site. The works are intended to maintain the fire resistance of compartment walls and floors where they are penetrated by building services.

Preparation of substrates and removal of any noncompliant or damaged existing firestopping materials. Labelling of all firestopped penetrations for identification and future maintenance. Recording and certification of completed works, including photographic evidence and as-built documentation.

All works will be carried out in compliance with current UK fire safety regulations, relevant British Standards, and project-specific requirements, ensuring the integrity of the building’s fire compartmentation is fully maintained.
